SkeeterSwitch

Accessibility statement

Quick answer

We want SkeeterSwitch to work for everyone. We build the site and portal to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1 AA): semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, visible focus, sufficient contrast, and reduced-motion support. If something doesn't work for you, tell us and we'll fix it.

Our commitment

Accessibility is part of the same honesty we bring to the rest of the site: a product is only as good as your ability to use it. We aim to make the SkeeterSwitch website and account portal usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology.

The standard we follow

We design and build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. [VERIFY target conformance level and whether a formal audit has been completed — Kevin/counsel.]

What we do

Known limitations

We're continually improving, and some areas may not yet fully meet our target. [VERIFY current known issues after an audit — Kevin.] If you hit a barrier, please let us know so we can prioritize it.

Tell us about a problem

If any part of the site or portal doesn't work for you, we want to fix it. Contact us at [VERIFY accessibility contact email/phone — Kevin] and, if you can, describe the page and the assistive technology you were using. We'll respond as quickly as we can. [VERIFY target response time — Kevin.]
