Look for Airgas, Praxair (Linde), or Matheson, or a local independent. They refill while you wait or same-day. Typical price: $15–$25 for a 20-lb tank.
If they ask, you want industrial-grade CO₂ and a CGA-320 connection — that's the standard fitting on your tank. Either refill or tank-exchange is fine; the trap doesn't care which physical tank it gets.
A common, low-cost local option. Beverage-grade CO₂, same connector, typically $12–$18. Smaller operations, so call ahead to check hours. The trap is happy with beverage-grade or industrial-grade — they're the same gas, just different paperwork.
They have CO₂ but tend to run $25–$40 and sometimes want commercial-account minimums. Use them if the first two come up dry.
